Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons are requested to register in order to
take advantage of special hotel rates and to be able to book
their preferred social events (conference dinner, sightseeing
program). Registration of accompanying persons is free of charge
(no meals included). Lunch tickets at 15 € per day may be
purchased directly on-site at the Conference Registration
Counter.
Accommodation
Reservations at the Kongresshotel: by 01-July-2010 (80 € / sgl, 100 € / dbl)
Booking details for online reservations directly at
the Kongresshotel (meeting venue) at special rates are
provided upon registration. More hotel rooms are available
in downtown Potsdam.
Registration
The Registration Fee includes Welcome Reception, free soft
drinks in the conference hall, coffee, tea and snacks in the
morning, and a lunch buffet on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and
Thursday.
Early Online Registration: by 30-May-2010 (extended to 15-June-2010) (reg. 450 € / red.150 €)
Late Online Registration: by 15-Aug-2010 (reg. 600 € / red. 250 €)
On-Site Registration: after 15-Aug-2010 (reg. 650 € / red. 300 €)

Paid registration may be transferred to other individuals.
Sightseeing Program
Touristic events and conference dinner should be booked
at the time of registration.
Travel Stipends
A limited number of travel stipends will be granted to
PhD students. Please send your application together with
your abstract and a recommendation letter from your supervisor
to contact[at]sialoglyco2010.org.
