Accompanying Persons
Registration of accompanying persons is free of charge (no meals included). Lunch tickets for accompanying persons at 15 € per day may be purchased directly on-site at the Conference Registration Counter.

Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place at the “Gartensaal” of the historic “Neues Rathaus” (Trammplatz 2) in walking distance of the DORMERO hotel on Friday, 8 June 2012, from 7 pm – 12 midnight. Tickets at 30 € can be purchased together with the registration.
Poster Presentations
Posters can be mounted on Tuesday afternoon, 5 June 2012, from 2 pm and should stay mounted throughout the entire meeting.
Registration
The Registration Fee includes Welcome Reception, free soft drinks in the conference hall, coffee,
tea and snacks in the morning, a lunch buffet on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as snacks and drinks during the Poster Sessions.

Short Presentations
Short presentations (10 min) will be selected from submitted abstracts. Posters are obligatory.
Travel Stipends
A limited number of travel stipends will be granted to PhD students. Please send your application together with your abstract and a recommendation letter from your supervisor to contact[at]glycot2012.org.

Welcome Reception
